FAQs

Q: How do I enrol?

A: Call and make an appointment and we can assess your child and discuss your options

Q: What if I want to re-enrol after having a term off?

A: Call to make sure we still have spaces, and an enrolment form can be emailed to you.

Q: Is a terms notice required if I want to leave?

A: No, when we reach the end of the term and you decide you want to leave just let me know. There is no notice period or penalty fee

Q: Can enrol in the middle of a term?

A: Yes. Provided there is a space in the class you can enrol at any time and pay pro rata.

Q: Can I come and watch a session before I commit to a term?

A: Yes of course you are welcome to come along to any session, just call and make an appointment.

Q: What if my child falls ill and misses a lesson?

A: I’m afraid a child getting sick is a fact of life and you will forfeit the missed lesson. If however the illness is prolonged (four weeks or more) we can arrange to carryover the missed lessons to the following term.

Q: What happens if bad weather forces cancellation of classes?

A: We will make up any lessons cancelled due to the weather or pool closure etc.

Q: Will we have the same teacher every week?

A: Whilst we make every effort to ensure continuity there may be times when a different teacher will teach your child due to a teachers’ illness/hospital appointment/car break down/holidays etc.

Q: My child is only 2 do I need to get in the water with them?

A: For the first term I would say yes and thereafter if the child is happy and confident and can swim with the group teacher without holding on they will be ok alone.

Q: What if for any reason I needed to make a complaint?

A: Follow this link to make a formal complaint. Click Here
